Kamila Sends Her Regards To All

What with one thing and another, Kamila hasn't had a chance to blog for a while. So in the meantime Kamila would like to send her regards to all and hope everyone is enjoying the summer. It won't be long before the harvest is in full swing and life back in the slow lane again.

Kamila Is Rather Upset This Summer

CHICAGO - JUNE 09: Tomatoes are offered for s...Image by Getty Images via @daylife
Kamila as busy as ever is rather upset this summer. Why is that you may ask? Well it has been raining almost everyday and all the hard work planting tomatoes has basically been a waste of time as without sun and warm weather they just rot.

It also has a knock on effect on prices in the market. So not only does Kamila not have her own stock of tomatoes to last the year out, but it cost more money than normal to buy. This of course does not only apply to Kamila but thousands of other Bulgarians who are also subjected to the same damp weather conditions.

On the brighter side, Kamila found a great site that sells automotive accessories online, in effect an online superstore. Needing an air filter for her family's car, this seemed like a good place to go until she found out that is was based in the USA! those lucky Americans Kamila whispered to herself.

Never mind Kamila, at least the pepper, cucumbers and marrows are doing well.

Taking A Breather And Finding a Useful Window 7 Tool

www.century.co.jp/products/pc/monitor/lcd-4300...
Kamila has been taking a breather this week and been online as it has rained every day and no work on the crops could be made so she was at a loose end for as long as she can remember. Catching up on things such as blogs is an endless task if left for a long time, anyone who has doen this know what Kamila is talking about.

In Bulgaria there is no such thing as multi-tasking, things are taken slowly and only one thing is done at time. This makes sense as the thing that is being done is sure to be done properly before goingon to the nextg task. This is exactly what Kamila does now.

In between catching up with emails, Skype and Facebook messages, Kamila took a break and decided to surf online a bit. She hadn't done this for ages so it was quite fun. She came across a useful addition to window that some users might find very helpful. With a specials tools built to give a dual monitor function and an Actual Multiple Monitors system that works well this addtion to your existing Windows 7 set up would aid considerably especially if you are extremely active and multi-task frequently. This as said before is something that Kamila doesn't do anymore.

There are many other functions such as virtual desktops and fast access by additional buttons in the title bar that enables you to extend taskbar operations, it is well worth having a look at.

In the meantime, Kamila would like to wish everyone a good wsish for the summer that has just started and hope that you have a go at growing things to store for winter, its hard work but well worth it.

Bardmony. Farm cottages across arable crops.
Kamila has been quiet for some time and for very good reason, the wick has arrived in the centre and the candle is nearly out. In other workd Kamila has been buring the candle at both ends for quite q while now.

The reaosn is simple. As well as working out int he field all day and evenings, she has been otherwise occupied at weekends by working on repairs to the home. There has been no time to party on or write blogs for that matter.

Things will change in July as the workload dies down. It is far too hot to lay cement and all that needs doing with crops is watering and harvesting, still lots of work but not as much.

So those who follow Kamila deserve and apology for her absence, but this is seasonal and come Autumn Kamila will be able to breathe a sigh of relief once the crops are in fo rthe winter and her wirting and philosophy can continue as before.

Kamila Is Slightly Jealous

Kamila was n because of the rain yesterday and paid a visit to one of here friends across the the road who was also not doing any outside work because it was so wet. Her friend is a 23 year old Bulgarian who had just lost his job because of the recession. He was quite well off until recently. Strange though, Bulgarians never seem to be stressed out because they have lost work as they are optimistic that more will come along soon.

Sitting and talking to Kamila's friend brought about the subject of hobbies and what they do in their spare time. Kamila, just watches television most of the time but her friend pays computer games at every spare moment. He showed Kamila his game set up and gave here a go at some of the games that he had. Kamila was well impressed, Far better than watching Bulgarian television!" she commented.

The game her friend has is an xbox 360 250gb system. This didn't make much sense to Kamila but again the graphic were superb and the endless variety of games shod last a lifetime. Her friend spent ages deciding on what the best system to buy would be and after much consideration decided that this package was the best value for money. With Microsoft involved giving regular updates you are never far for the top technology that runs alongside the hardware. The xbox 360 elite cheap for an unemployed man now is very glad he bought it when he was working with an income as he couldn't afford it now and keeps him entertained until a job comes along.

Kamila was glad of the visit and to be quite honest was rather jealous. She hopes it rains again tomorrow so she can have another go!

Fruit Trees - A Great Investment

Autumn Red peach.
Kamila would like to wish everyone a happy spring right now. It has been raining so she has a little time to blog today. Up until now Kamila has been a hard working camel trying to get on top of things on the growing front and she has achieved that to date.

Twelve new trees were planted last weekend at the farmhouse. pairs of plum, apple, pear, peach, apricot and cherry are now rooted and secured with stakes for fruit for years to come. The cost was 50 lev, (about £20) for the lot from the local Yambol bazaar. What an investment that is with the fruit that will follow year in year out. The cost will be recovered from the produce within two years according to local knowledge.

So if anyone has any energy left for your garden, Kamila recommends buying a few fruit trees that will help your food bills be reduced, not be subjected to chemical bound like the supermarket fruit sell and of course the feel good factor from it.

Happy days right now for Kamila in Bulgaria.
