Kamila Wonders Why AdSense Gives Nothing

Kamila was looking back at here Adsense record and just coudn't understand why she was getting clicks of the ads but not getting anything for it. Here is an example:

Page Impressions Clicks Page CTR Page eCPM [?] Earnings
AdSense for Content top channels 582 5 0.86% $0.00 $0.00
AdSense for Domains - No data available -
AdSense for Search - No data available -
Referrals - No data available -
AdSense for Feeds - Get started
Total Earnings
$0.00

Five clicks of ads and it didn't even pay one cent for each of those clicks!

Kamlia knows keywords are important and she always uses keywords in the title and throughout the articles she writes. This was the very reason she now uses AdBrite - At least a few cents are rolling in rather than nothing.

It is a wandering camel whe asks whether anyone else has this same problem with AdSense. If Kamila can get it configured correctly or diagnose the problem then I think she would certainly entertain the system again as AdBrite seems to have some 'strange' advertisers that pop up, not always in good taste either.

"Bye for now" says Kamila

Hello Kamila,

i had the same problem once or twice in the last months. Usually someone clicked more than 2 or 3 times your Adsense ads. This is recognised by Google and they cancel these clicks.

In this case you don't get any money but the clicks are still visible in the statistics. For me it was irritating, too.

Would be better if they delete the "false" clicks, too.

Kamila has taken that onboard.

"Better the devil you know?" But then statistic are statisitc and that doesn't change anything other than your own frustration.

Kamila says thanks for the insight Cornyman :)
